What‛s, “Share Your Wares Faire And MemberShip Drive?”

The concept of this event is to have a “Faire” like atmosphere (inside and out @ our Shul) of people sharing what they do for a living and/or a hobby.

The PRIMARY GOAL of this event is to increase PAID and de�ined TRADE memberships to KHE.... And get people involved

The Secondary GOAL is to provide a venue for Jewish Community Connection ...And get people involved

The Third GOAL is to introduce newcomers to our greater KHE community...And get people involved

This would be a day of FREE ADVERTISEMENT and promotion for one’s business or hobby.

It is designed to learn about what each other does and support each other!

Thus : “ KHE Share Your Wares Faire”

Membership is always important to KHE, whether it is a regular paid membership or membership per trade. We need everyone to join together to keep KHE alive, to keep a Jewish presence in our inland Mendocino area.

Thus:“ Membership Drive”

We envision a family friendly event with tables set up with folks offering free professional

advice/conversation, discount coupons. demonstrations, free samples of something they make or sell, or a free short lesson in something they do. * We might have a kids’ arts/craft table...to increase interest and social involvement. Dancing/or singing would be welcome, too!

We envision that the people at the tables reserve tables for free. People attending the faire, attend for free. There will be music and food (pot-luck) to create a party-like atmosphere.

AND...there would be a Board sponsored table for MEMBERSHIP. We’ll have a list of types of involvement which could be FOR TRADE Membership , yet be open to proposed ideas. Of course, traditional pledging and payments would be encouraged, as well.

Come join the fun. Become a KHE member. Become acquainted. Volunteer. Support us.

Let’s keep a Jewish presence alive in “inland Mendo-land”.
